FLA is committed to providing a safe and healthy educational environment in which each scholar will have the opportunity to maximize his potential. The disciplinary code is designed to ensure that scholars are held accountable for exercising the appropriate behavior. In an effort to balance rewards and consequences, FLA has developed a rewards system for our scholars to encourage them to engage in positive behaviors that represent the highest standards of character and integrity.
F.L.A. is a safe and orderly learning community where each individual will develop 21st century skills, including creativity, collaboration, communication and the knowledge necessary to succeed in school and society

Fulton Leadership Academy is supported by a network of involved parents who volunteer in the front office, lead fund raisers, execute events, and support teachers. Upon their scholar’s acceptance, parents are asked to help the school by volunteering for at least 20 hours per school year.
Many of our parents work beyond their suggested volunteer hours to become a part of our extended family here at FLA. They can be seen making copies and helping to monitor lunchrooms so that our teachers can have more time to plan for instruction.
For more information about the parent experience at FLA contact Mr. Jannard Rainey, our Director of Federal Programs and Student Culture, at email@example.com. Our Family Handbook also details more about the volunteer expectation and experience at FLA. ( See "Home" then "Governance" then"Important Documents")
PTSA is our Parent Teacher Student Association. (PTSA) meetings are held throughout the school year on the 3rd tuesday of each month at 6pm. The meetings will be held on school campus. Membership is $10 per person. Scholars are encouraged to join as well. For information on how to become a member of PTSA email firstname.lastname@example.org.

We, Fulton Leadership Academy will work as a team, alongside Brown Charter and Tour Services, Inc. to accomplish our #1 goal of transporting all bus riders safely to and from school. In order to accomplish this goal, we need the cooperation of other drivers on the road and bus riders. Good student behavior while entering, riding, and leaving the bus contribute in many ways to safe transportation. Such conduct makes it possible for the driver to give full attention to the roadway and other drivers.
Please take a few minutes to review with your scholar the transportation documents below concerning student conduct on the bus. The primary purpose of the rules and procedures on the buses are for the safety of all scholars. Your child’s cooperation in following all rules and procedures is appreciated by the drivers. Cameras have been installed in every school bus. This will aide in the safety of all students riding school buses.
Parents are expected to let their scholars know, prior to arrival at school whether they are riding the bus or being picked up (scholars will not be allowed to come to the office to call their parents about transportation arrangements). Parents should communicate with FLA prior to 3:00 p.m. if their scholar needs to be added to/removed from the bus rider list for that day.
For routing questions or problems concerning buses or drivers please call:
